In a medium saucepan melt the butter. Add the flour

Cook for 3 minutes. Stir constantly
Pour in the broth. Simmer from 5 to 6 minutes.

Remove from heat and whisk slightly the egg yolks

Add the lemon juice and mustard and stir well
2 tbsp lemon juice,
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Put the sauce pan on heat and let cook for 2 minutes
