mixed lettuce greens
trim, wash,dry

vinaigrette sauce

pears
cored and sliced

Gorgonzola
crumbled

walnut halves
toast/chop
Instructions
Toss the greens with most of the vinaigrette and divide between individual salad plates.
6 cups mixed lettuce greens,
1/2 cup vinaigrette sauce
Arrange the pear slices on top and sprinkle the Gorgonzola over all.

Top with the toasted walnuts and remaining vinaigrette
