Pear and Gorgonzola Salad
A salad with a blue cheese kick. The flavours blend perfectly.

Ingredients
- 6 cups mixed lettuce greens trim, wash,dry, 1-1.5 L
- 1/2 cup vinaigrette sauce 125 ml, lovely recipe on this site
- 2 large pears cored and sliced
- 1/4 lb Gorgonzola crumbled, 110 g, blue cheese
- 1 cup walnut halves toast/chop 250 ml
Instructions
- Toss the greens with most of the vinaigrette and divide between individual salad plates.
- Arrange the pear slices on top and sprinkle the Gorgonzola over all.
- Top with the toasted walnuts and remaining vinaigrette
