Instructions
Place all of the ingredients except the spinach, into a blender and blitz on high for at least 1 1/minutes or until smooth.
150 ml apple juice,
250 ml coconut water,
1/2 ripe avocado,
1 ripe banana,
1 hand ice cubes
Add the spinach in small amounts and continue to blitz until all smooth again.
200 g spinach
Pou into glasses, jugs, jars and mugs and enjoy.
