Ingredients
- 150 ml apple juice
- 200 g spinach
- 250 ml coconut water cold water
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 hand ice cubes
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients except the spinach, into a blender and blitz on high for at least 1 1/minutes or until smooth.
- Add the spinach in small amounts and continue to blitz until all smooth again.
- Pou into glasses, jugs, jars and mugs and enjoy.
