deseed and sliced into bitesize chunks

yellow sweet pepper
deseed and sliced into bitesize chunks

Instructions
Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan/wok.

Slice the sausages on the diagonal

Add the onions and garlic to the pan and fry until they turn golden brown.

4 cloves garlic
Add the sausages and cook until the are nearly done.
Combine hoisin sauce, honey, and sesame oil in a small bowl and mix well.

2 tbsp hoisin sauce,
1 tbsp sesame oil
Add sauce to the pan and allow to get up to temperature
Add peppers and seasoning.
1 large sweet red pepper,
1 large yellow sweet pepper,
pepper,
salt
Stir or toss the pan constantly to ensure equal cooking.
Cook until the peppers are soft and tender and the sauce has thickened.
Add the sesame seeds for the final minute.
1 tbsp sesame seeds
Serve on a bed of steamed rice for a perfect balance.
