fibre cereal
all bran/fiber one

cornmeal

cup
all-purpose flour

tsp
baking powder

tsp
baking soda

tsp

chili powder

buttermilk

cup
barbecue sauce
2
tbsp
chipotle chili peppers
finely chopped

tbsp
vegetable oil

eggs

chilies in adobo sauce
Instructions
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray square pan, 8 by 8 by 2 inches, or 9 by 9 by 2 inches, with cooking spray.
Stir together cereal, cornmeal, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and chili powder in large bowl; set aside.
1 cup fibre cereal,
1 cup cornmeal,
1 cup all-purpose flour,
2 tsp baking powder,
1 tsp baking soda,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp chili powder
Stir together remaining ingredients. When fully combined, add to the mixing bowl containing the cereal mixture and stir well to combine.
1 1/4 cups buttermilk,
1/4 cup barbecue sauce,
2 tbsp chipotle chili peppers,
2 tbsp vegetable oil,
1 large eggs,
chilies in adobo sauce
Pour the combined mixture into pan.
Bake 25 to 28 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
