200 g cooked shrimp
In a bowl, mix the shrimp with mayonnaise, crème fraiche, lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and white pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bread until golden and crisp on both sides. Remove and place on a paper towel to absorb excess butter.
