Ingredients
1lbChicken wingscut up, 450 g
1/4cupvegetable oil60 ml
2tbspoyster sauce30 ml
2tbsplemon juice30 ml
2tbspgarlic30 ml chooped
2tbspsoy sauce30 ml
1tspfreshly ground pepper5 ml
1tspground ginger5 ml
1tspsugar5 ml
Cayenne pepperto taste
cilantro garnish, chopped
Instructions
Combine all ingredients except the cilantro in a bowl and toss to thoroughly combine the ingredients and coat the chicken wings.
Refrigerate for 2 to 24 hours. Place on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated 400F (200C) oven for 25 to 30 minutes, turning after 15 minutes and basting with the marinade.
