Ingredients

ricotta cheese
250 ml

walnuts
250 ml, chopped

Parmesan
125 ml, grated
1/2

parsley
125 ml, chopped

Salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients in an electric blender/processor.
Blend until fairly smooth - small pieces of nuts add a nice texture.
Toss with the cooked pasta or gnocchi, adding a little bit of the cooking water to thin the sauce if necessary.
Serve immediately.
