Fennel Leaves (Foeniculum genus) – The fine, feathery leaves of the fennel plant resemble those of dill, and can be used in much the same manner even though the plant is cultivated primarily for its seeds and edible bulb. All parts of the plant have a pleasant, liquorice-like flavour, and the leaves are a welcome addition to salads, soups, and fish dishes.
