Instructions
Drain salmon, reserving 1/4 cup liquid. Remove any skin and bones.
Combine all ingredients, including liquid, and pack into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Notes
A different way to serve salmon. Lovely flavour and a talking point.
