This is such a good method of making a small amount of salmon go a long way. A Salmon Loaf will serve four people easily when served with fresh vegetables such as Bravo Green BeansBoiled Potatoes with Herbs and Broccoli with Sesame Seeds.  This is a dish that will surprise and satisfy your family and friends. One of the benefits of this recipe is that you chop and mix the ingredient. Then just put in in the baking tin and cook it for an hour; that is it. I have also had this on fresh homemade bread as a pate – it really works with marinated cucumbers.
