Instructions
Add the eggs to a mixing bowl and beaten lightly.

Add the diced ham, cheese, salt and pepper and stir to combine fully.
60 g ham,
30 g cheddar cheese,
salt,
white pepper
Place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the butter.

Once melted, add the mixing bowl contents and gently stir until the eggs have reached the consistency you want. Anything between 2 – 5 minutes.
Serve with a sprinkling of chopped chives for that finishing touch.
