Ingredients

cream cheese
225 g room temperature

Cheddar cheese
shredded, 340 g

cloves
garlic
finely chopped

scallion
spring onions/chopped

heavy cream
250 ml, double

horseradish
45 ml, prepared

tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce

bacon
fried until crisp
salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all the ingredients except the bacon in an oven-proof covered baking dish.
24 oz cream cheese,
12 oz Cheddar cheese,
3 cloves garlic,
1 large scallion,
1 cup heavy cream,
3 tbsp horseradish,
1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce,
salt,
ground pepper
Cook covered in a preheated 300º F (155º C) oven for 2 to 2 1/2 hours, stirring once halfway through cooking.
Stir in the bacon and serve.
