Ingredients

lean ground sirloin

lean ground pork
1/2
lbs
lean ground veal

tbs
ice water
1/4
cup
ground oats
1/4
cup
chili sauce
1
small
onion
minced

tsp
Worcestershire Sauce
salt
to taste
ground black pepper
to taste
Instructions
Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
Combine the pork, veal and beef, ground oats and ice water and thoroughly blend by hand until totally mixed.
1/2 lbs lean ground sirloin,
1/2 lbs lean ground pork,
1/2 lbs lean ground veal,
2 tbs ice water,
1/4 cup ground oats
Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
1/4 cup chili sauce,
1 small onion,
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce,
salt,
ground black pepper
Shape into 6 patties. Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.

You can change the proportion of the meats should you wish. Just increase the others.
