Combo Burgers are called that because of the combination of meats involved. Beef. Pork and Veal are used to make this amazingly flavoured burger. Why go to a fast food outlet or buy them when you can make better ones yourself?

You will never want a takeaway when you can prep and cook these so easily. These are in my view hard to beat.

  • Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
  • Combine the pork, veal and beef, ground oats and ice water and thoroughly blend by hand until totally mixed.
  • Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
  • Shape into 6 patties. Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.

Note:
You can change the proportion of the meats should you wish. Just increase the others.
