Combo Burgers are called that because of the combination of meats involved. Beef. Pork and Veal are used to make this amazingly flavoured burger. Why go to a fast food outlet or buy them when you can make better ones yourself?

Servings: 6 portions
- Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
- Combine the pork, veal and beef, ground oats and ice water and thoroughly blend by hand until totally mixed.
- Combine the meat with the remaining ingredients.
- Shape into 6 patties. Grill the burgers for 10 minutes until they are crusty outside and slightly pink inside.
Note: You can change the proportion of the meats should you wish. Just increase the others.
