chicken breast
skinned and boneless

cloves
garlic
finely chopped

plain yogurt
1/2
cup
lemon juice

tsp
ginger
grated

tsp
ground coriander
2
tsp
curry powder

lime zest
grated or lemon

tsp
cayenne pepper
or to taste
salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a large, nonreactive bowl and toss to thoroughly combine the ingredients and coat the chicken breasts with the mixture.
6 large chicken breast,
4 cloves garlic,
1 cup plain yogurt,
1/2 cup lemon juice,
2 tsp ginger,
2 tsp ground coriander,
2 tsp curry powder,
1 tsp lime zest,
1 tsp cayenne pepper,
salt,
ground pepper
Marinate overnight in the refrigerator.
Broil or grill until cooked through.
