Ingredients
The meatballs:

lb
ground pork
1/2
cup
bread crumbs
3
cloves
garlic
finely chopped

eggs
lightly beaten
1
large
scallions
spring onion/chopped

tbsp
Hoisin Sauce
The sauce:
3/4
cup
Hoisin Sauce
1
tbsp
ginger
chopped
4
cloves
garlic
finely chopped
3/4
cup
redcurrant jelly
1
tbsp
lemon juice
2
tsp
sesame seeds
toasted
Instructions
Combine all ingredients for the meatballs, mixing thoroughly.
1 lb ground pork,
1/2 cup bread crumbs,
3 cloves garlic,
1 large eggs,
1 large scallions,
2 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
Form into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place on a greased baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 350F (180C) oven for 20 minutes.
Discard the drippings and transfer the meatballs to the slow cooker.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce in a bowl and mix well.
3/4 cup Hoisin Sauce,
1 tbsp ginger,
3/4 cup redcurrant jelly,
1 tbsp lemon juice,
4 cloves garlic
Pour over the meatballs and cook covered on high heat for 2 to 3 hours.
Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
