Preheat your oven: Preheat your oven to 425°F/220°C/Gas Mark 7.
Prepare the toppings: In a skillet, sauté the sliced mushrooms until golden brown. Set aside. Caramelize the thinly sliced white onions in the same skillet. Set aside.

Roll out the dough: On a lightly floured surface, roll out the store-bought pizza dough into your desired shape and thickness.
