Ingredients

cranberries

caster sugar

orange juice

Instructions
Place a medium saucepan over a medium heat.
Add the orange juice and the sugar to the pan.
Stir the mixture until the sugar has dissolved into the juice.
Add the cranberries and cook for about 10 minutes. They should start to pop as they cook.
Turn off the heat and pour into a bowl or a jar .
It may appear to be very runny at this stage but don't worry. The sauce thickens as it cools.
