Combine the first six ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
1 cup chili sauce, 1/2 cup honey, 1/4 cup onion, 2 tbsp dry red wine, 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper.
3 lbs pork spareribs, Salt, Pepper
Place on a rack over a roasting pan; cover with foil and bake at 375°F 35 to 45 minutes.
Uncover and brush generously with sauce.
Bake 45 minutes, brushing with sauce every 15 minutes, until spareribs are fully cooked and tender. Cut spareribs into serving portions and serve with remaining sauce.
