Instructions
Pour the flour into a shallow bowl and season well with the salt and pepper.
Place a frying pan over a high heat and add the butter and the oil.
put the Plaice into the seasoned flour and coat both side well. Shake off any excess.
When the butter is foaming carefully add the plaice to the pan skin side up and fry until golden. About 4 minutes.
Flip the Plaice over and cook for a further4 minutes until cooked through.
Serve hot with a wedge of lemon, sprigs of dill and the chopped parsley.
