Ingredients

shrimp
thawed, peeled and deveined

tbsp
red wine vinegar

cannellini beans

Extra Virgin olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice

tbsp
parsley
chopped
Salt
to taste
ground pepper
to taste
Instructions
Cook the shrimp in 4 Litres of boiling salted water with vinegar already added.
Cook just until the shrimp are cooked through, about 1 minutes after the water has returned to the boil.
Drain and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, tossing to combine.
Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
