  • Cook the shrimp in 4 Litres of boiling salted water with vinegar already added.
  • Cook just until the shrimp are cooked through, about 1 minutes after the water has returned to the boil.
  • Drain and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, tossing to combine.
  • Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
