Shrimp with Beans – Gamberi e Fagioli may sound boring but the flavours are lovely. Served as a side dish with a salad or rice with green beans makes a lovely meal. I make this in advance as I love it at room temperature.
Shrimp with Beans – Gamberi e Fagioli
- Cook the shrimp in 4 Litres of boiling salted water with vinegar already added.
- Cook just until the shrimp are cooked through, about 1 minutes after the water has returned to the boil.
- Drain and combine with the remaining ingredients in a bowl, tossing to combine.
- Serve warm, chilled, or at room temperature.
