Celery Seeds
Celery Seeds are the seeds that have an intense celery flavour with a hint of lemon parsley. However, you have to be carful how much you use. Too much can cause a nasty bitter taste in dishes. They are widely used in Russia and Scandinavia where they are often added to soups, stews, and salad dressings. While in India they can frequently be found in lovely curries. Try adding them to coleslaw, potato salad, and breads, but use them sparingly or their flavour will overpower the dish.
