Instructions
Place the butter in a large bowl.
4 tbsp butter
Add the pasta and half the cheese, tossing to combine.
1 lb penne,
1 cup Parmesan
Add the remaining cheese and cream and toss again.
1/4 cup heavy cream
Serve immediately.

You can use all sorts of dried pasta such as spaghetti, rigatoni, or conchiglie, cooked per package directions and drain.
