Instructions
Put 200g penne in boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes until ready
When cooked, drain thouroughly
Finely chop large onion and garlic, and lightly fry 300g minced turkey for 5-10 minutes, until browned and cooked through
Mix the pasta and turkey mince thoroughly
Butter a large ovenproof dish and add the penne and mince
Pour over a 400g tin of chopped tomatoes
Place in a pre-heated oven at gas mark 5 (190°C, 375°F) and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbling
Serve with a green salad with cucumber and tomatoes
