Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Place a pizza stone or baking sheet in the oven to heat.
Prepare the Garlic White Sauce: In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute. Gradually whisk in the milk until smooth. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Remove from heat and set aside.
Prepare the Seafood: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the shrimp, calamari, lobster or crab meat, and mussels. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the seafood is cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside.
