Simple BBQ Marinade is a a perfect accompaniment for most BBQ meals. Making this marinade and covering the meat/poultry in advance and leaving the proteins to absorb the flavours takes a piece of meat to a new level. I like to leave mine in the fridge overnight for the best effect. Simple, Quick and Tasty.
