Instructions
Place the oyster shells on a baking sheet that has a layer of rock salt to stabilize the shells.
12 fresh oysters
Place an oyster on each shell.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and stir to combine thoroughly.
1 cup spinach,
2 tbsp shallots,
1/4 cup breadcrumbs,
2 tbsp bacon,
1 tbsp parsley,
1 tbsp Pernod,
3 tbsp melted butter,
hot pepper sauce,
salt
Spoon the spinach mixture over the oysters.
Bake for about 10 minutes in a preheated 450F (225C) oven.
Serve immediately.
