Turn on the grill to a medium heat. Place the baking tray under the grill to heat up.
Spread the premade dough into a circle slightly smaller than the baking tray.

In a mixing bowl, add the passata, tomato puree, mixed herbs, salt, pepper and the sliced chilli and mix thoroughly.
150 ml passata, 1 medium red chilli, ½ tsp dried mixed herbs, 1 tbsp tomato puree, salt, pepper
Remove the hot tray from the grill and add the pizza dough.
Spread the passata mix on the dough leaving about ¾ inch gap around the edge. Add the tomato slices each with a small pinch of salt.
2 large round tomatoes
Then spread the grated cheddar and torn mozzarella over the pizza. Add the tray back under the grill and cook until the dough rises and browns and the cheese melt. Normally 10 – 12 minutes but your grill may vary.
2 oz mozzarella, 2 oz cheddar
Remove from the grill and add the prosciutto and arugula/rocket and a little drizzle of olive oil.
