Elevate your burger game with our mouth-watering Beef and Pork Burgers – a masterpiece of savory meats, gooey cheese, and crispy bacon. It's the ultimate indulgence that will leave your taste buds singing for more!
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef and pork. Add the sliced red chilli and season with salt and pepper, then mix well to incorporate the seasoning evenly throughout the meat mixture.
500 g ground beef, 250 g ground pork, 1 large red chilli, 1 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp black pepper
Divide the meat mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties, ensuring they are slightly larger in diameter than the baps as they will shrink when cooked.
Preheat your grill or a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the burger patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
Add the bacon to the burger pan and cook at the same time turning frequently until the bacon has crisped enough for you.

While the burgers are cooking, prepare the portabella mushroom caps by brushing them lightly with olive oil and seasoning with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-fry the mushroom caps for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
4 large portabella mushroom
In the last few minutes of cooking, place a slice of cheese on top of each burger patty and allow it to melt slightly.
4 slices cheddar
Assemble the burgers by placing each cooked patty on a bap or burger bun. Top with a grilled portabella mushroom cap and two slices of crispy bacon.

Add any additional toppings of your choice, such as lettuce, tomato, onion, or condiments.
