A Beetroot, Apple & Blueberry Oat Smoothie is a meal in a glass. I take these to work with meal to keep me going on long drawn out days. The mixture of the fruit, veg and oats creates a lovely drink that is filling and good for you. Not only is it tasty and filling but it also looks appealing. I buy the cooked beetroot in packs at my local supermarket to save time.

Ingredients
- 25 g cooked beetroot
- 2 tbsp Oats
- 100 g blueberries
- 150 ml fat free natural yoghurt
- 100 ml apple juice
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a liquidizer and process until smooth.25 g cooked beetroot, 2 tbsp Oats, 100 g blueberries, 150 ml fat free natural yoghurt, 100 ml apple juice
- Pour into a tall glass and serve.
