Ingredients
- 8 large plum tomatoes diced
- ½ medium red onion
- 1 large lime juice juice only
- 1 large jalapeno finely minced
- 2 cloves garlic peel/finely mince
- ½ tsp ground cumin
- ½ bunch cilantro coriander chopped
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Instructions
