  • In a large mixing bowl add the tomatoes, onion, jalapeno, garlic, cumin, cilantro and thoroughly mix.
    8 large plum tomatoes, ½ medium red onion, 1 large jalapeno, 2 cloves garlic, ½ tsp ground cumin, ½ bunch cilantro, salt, pepper
  • Add 1/2 of the lime juice, a pinch of salt and pepper and taste. if it needs more lime juice then add more.
