Whilst Easter may not be celebrated around the world, there is a strong tradition of recipes that are a must at this time of year. Not to mention the abundance of chocolate!!! One of the most popular recipes are Hot Cross Buns.  For some reason, these only seem to be made at Easter when they are delicious all year round.

The delicious, fatty nature of a leg of lamb or shoulder lends itself perfectly to hours of gentle braising, especially when accompanied by ingredients such as rosemary, lemons or anchovies. Cook until it falls of the bone. Serve with hassle free side dishes – roast potatoes, minted peas, honey carrots etc.
