  • Layer the potatoes and onions in a lightly greased slow cooker.
    6 medium potatoes, 1 medium onion
  • Combine the remaining ingredients in an electric blender or food processor and process until smooth.
    1 cup cheddar cheese, 13 oz evaporated milk, 1/4 cup all-purpose flour, 1/4 cup celery leaves, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 tsp paprika, 1 pinch Salt, 1 pinch ground pepper
  • Pour over the potato mixture and cook covered on low heat for 6 to 8 hours, or on high heat for 3 to 4 hours, until the potatoes are tender.
