  • 1/2 cup butter room temperature, 125 ml
  • 2 cups sugar sifted powdered, 500 ml
  • 1/4 tsp Salt 1 ml
  • 3 tbsp brandy rum, or whiskey,, 45 ml


  • Beat the butter until smooth.
  • Beat in the remaining ingredients until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve at room temperature
