Catnip
Catnip has been popular for centuries for its minty, camphorous aroma, catnip isn’t as popular in the kitchen as it once was. However it is still popular in Italy and used to season soups, salads, vegetables, and egg dishes. The plants are easy to grow in partial shade to full sun, and are readily available through commercial nurseries.
