Ingredients
- 6 oz Bulk sausage
- 1 cup chicken
- 1/8 pack Saltines
- 2 tb white wine quality drinking wine
- 5 oz Conchiglioni
- 1/4 cup parsley
- 2 large scallions
- 1/4 lb mushrooms
- 2 tb parsley
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1/2 cup Parmesan grated
- 1 tbsp paprika
Instructions
- Crumble sausage into a microwavable casserole dish . Add scallions. Nuke on high three to four minutes.6 oz Bulk sausage, 2 large scallions
- Pour off fat. Stir in chicken, sauteed mushrooms, crumbs, wine, parsley, and celery salt.1 cup chicken, 2 tb white wine, 1/4 cup parsley, 1/4 lb mushrooms, 1/2 tsp celery salt, 1/8 pack Saltines
- Mix well.
- Stuff 16 shells and place four in each gratin dish. Pour Mornay Sauce over shells.5 oz Conchiglioni
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Nuke on high for seven to eight minutes, turning once.
- Spoon sauce over pasta before serving.
- 2 tb parsley, 1/2 cup Parmesan, 1 tbsp paprika
