Langoustine are also known as the Norway lobster, Dublin Bay prawn, shlobster, or scampi They are a slim, coral coloured lobster which grows up to 25 cm long. They are prized for their lovely meat which is subtly sweet in flavour. Normally cooked in boiling water for a few minutes and served whole with dips.
