Fast Curry Dip

Fast Curry Dip is a lovely change from the normal thousand island dressing and the boring shop brought dips. It packs a warming punch and is ideal for dipping with carrots, celery, tortillas and crisps etc. Every time I make this, it is the first to be finished. This can be made in advance and stored in the fridge until needed. I use curry powder for this as I can adjust the heat.
