The South Pacific is made up of countless islands in one of the most beautiful parts of the world. The cuisines are diverse but always follow the same rules; use fresh and local produce. The countries include Fiji, Cook Islands, Kiribati, Nauru, Niue, Solomon Islands, Tokelau and Tonga. As well as Tuvalu, Vanuatu, Samoa and the Marshall Islands. We have also included the islands of French Polynesia. However, Australia and New Zealand have been included within Oceania. The South Pacific is very similar to its cuisine. They are both clean, refreshing and an enjoy to experience.
