Dried Cherry Relish is an ideal recipe to use unwanted cherries. Served as a chutney/relish with cold meats and cheeses takes them to a new level of enjoyment. The balsamic vinegar and red onion add a lovely heat without it being hot. However, this relish is perfect when served warm with grilled or blackened fish.
