Brie Burgers. Whilst some may find these strange and potentially decadent, the flavour is superb and well worth the price of the brie. I like mine with a little bit of onion relish. Serve in a toasted brioche bun with lettuce and tomato and a bit of crispy bacon (smoked). Heaven. This is perfect as a main dish and can be cooked on a bbq as well.
Brie Burgers
A little bit of decadence every now and again is so good. These are soft moist and yummy, they are hard to beat.
