I got bored with the usual salted and roasted peanuts with my drink and then I found Honey Sesame Cashews. These cashews are so easy to make, so tasty and with the different nuts the flavours are amazing. The butter and honey give a crispy coating with smoked paprika for that heat and a darker colour. That’s what makes these my favourite snacks. I make them in advance and make a batch with paprika, the next one with cayenne or chilli powder. The list of options is extensive.

These are so delicious that I make them all year round. Highly recommend
I made these as a homemade gift, and they were a massive hit
The smoked paprika added a subtle depth that made the cashews incredibly addictive.
I loved this recipe! The combination of honey and smoked paprika was a pleasant surprise—the sweetness of the honey balanced beautifully with the subtle smoky kick.
The recipe was straightforward, and the instructions were clear. They stored well in an airtight jar, making them a fantastic treat to share.
Easy to make and a total crowd-pleaser. I’ll definitely make this again instead of buying them.
My only complaint? They were gone too fast! Next time, I’m doubling the batch.
The balance of sweet, savoury, and smoky flavours was just perfect, and they looked so elegant with the golden sesame seeds.
These Honey Sesame Cashews were absolutely delicious. The flavours were spot on, especially the slight smoky undertone from the paprika. However, the honey made them a bit sticky during preparation.
I was amazed at how quickly these Honey Sesame Cashews came together. The buttery honey coating paired with the toasted sesame seeds was heavenly.
These cashews were perfect for a mid-afternoon snack, and my guests couldn’t stop eating them.
These cashews turned out delicious, though I did tweak the recipe slightly by adding a pinch of cayenne for extra heat. The original flavours were excellent, with the smoky paprika and sweet honey melding wonderfully. The sesame seeds toasted perfectly in the oven.
