Asian Chinese Fruit Lemon Marinade Vegetables

My Marinade

My Marinade

My marinade is as it says. It is so full of flavour and letting meat absorb the flavour and aromas at least overnight turns a boring piece of meat into a delicacy. This works especially well with Pork tender. The chilli, garlic, ginger and soy sauce all blend together to form a Marinade that is full of punch without being over the top.
