Ingredients
- 6 large chicken breasts cut into strips
- 2 ½ tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning See Note
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 large scallions spring onions
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl add the dry ingredients and stir well to combine.
- Place the chicken strips onto a clean chopping board and generously sprinkle the mixed dry ingredients. Move the chicken around so all sides get coated.6 large chicken breasts
- Place a large frying pan or griddle over a medium high heat and add the olive oil.1 tbsp olive oil
- When hot, add the chicken pieces and sauté for about 5 minutes. Flip the chicken over and cook for a further 3 – 5 minutes until cooked through.
- Squeeze the lemon juice over the chicken and serve.1 tbsp lemon juice
- Any juices in the pan can be used to pour over the chicken when served.
- Garnish with the chopped scallions/spring onions2 large scallions
