Hungarian cuisine is well know for it famous goulash and its use of Paprika, a quintessential spice and pepper. These are often associated with Hungary and is used prominently in a handful of dishes. However, similar to neighbouring countries, Hungarian cuisine relies heavily on dairy, cheese and meats. Chicken, pork and beef are very common, while turkey, duck, lamb, fish and game meats are eaten on special occasions. Recipes include Goulash,  Poppy Seed Loaf and Chicken Paprikash. This cuisine has been kept in the dark for too long. The flavours and textures are amazing very simple to produce.
