Pepperoni, Mushroom and Olive Pizza
Ingredients
- 250 g pizza dough
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce passata
- 1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1/2 cup mushrooms sliced
- 1/4 cup black olives sliced
- 1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
- 1/2 cup green peppers sliced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.250 g pizza dough
- Transfer the dough to a baking tray or pizza stone. Drizzle with olive oil.1 tbsp olive oil
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.1/2 cup tomato sauce
- Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese over the sauce.1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese
